The Pat Geddeis Memorial Fund was established to prevent the suffering of animals by helping with limited funding for the medical care of owned pets of low and fixed-income families. Pat Geddeis was a lover of animals and member of The Northwoods Humane Society. The resources of the PG Fund are limited. All monies in the Fund come from donations, fundraisers and grants. Much of the work done at the shelter is done by volunteers. Those requesting financial assistance are asked to make a trade in time by helping out at the shelter.
Before filling out our Pat Geddeis Medical Fund Application, please go to carecredit.com or call 1-800-365-8295 and fill out their application for medical help.
You must apply at Care Credit first before applying for the Pat Geddeis Fund. Other resources to try as well are listed below.
Northwoods Humane Society offers several programs to help pet owners with financial assistance in getting their cats and dogs spayed or neutered. It may be free or at low cost to you. Our area vets, Hayward Animal Hospital, Care Animal Clinic and Family & Farm/Dr. Haugen, are generous in their support of our programs. Fill out the application below and submit to find out how we can help.
